The Pyro-Strip™ fluidized bed can be custom designed to meet your hook and fixture requirements and can be equipped with the innovative Tilt-Loader or the conventional Bridge Crane loader. The model number 573024 corresponds to the tank interior dimensions in inches: 57” long x 30” wide x 24” deep as an example. The basket interior dimensions are 6” smaller in width and length than the tank. The depth of the tank corresponds to the interior height of the basket. The tank hood is designed for basket heights less than 36”, the basket can be placed directly on the still media and the lid closed before fluidizing media and having the basket sink into the tank. This feature minimizes any smoke being released during the basket loading cycle. The Pyro-Strip system has all the tank and hoist controls on the pendant controller.
