The Pyro-Strip™ System is equipped can be equipped with conventional relay logic controls or upgraded to full PLC controls. The NEC wiring design panel is equipped with disconnect switch, Push/Pull-On/Push-Off buttons and lighted selector switches for all control functions and temperature controllers for easy operation. The stripping cycle is controlled by a manually set timer that times the cleaning cycle once the bed temperature is reached. The door of the panel has printed operating instructions with clear easy to follow System Operation and Start-Stop sequences both in English and Spanish. Also, included is an alarm horn with red push to silence pilot light. The top of the panel has stacked indicator light tower for process status.

The Pyro-Strip™ System can be equipped with a radio receiver that operates the Wireless Pendant Control for the Tilt-Loader or Bridge Cane Trolley, Scissors Hoist, Tank Lid, Fluidization, Vibrator and Cycle Start Timer.
